We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and unworn. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a refund, please contact us by email. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your request. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a vintage clothing item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the defective or damaged item to assist with our assessment.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition or if it is returned after the 14-day period. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
